Answer: The receptionist was very polite and very quick at sending out the quotes, was very lovely when I asked questions about the deposit.
Question: How did you find the engineer who initially surveyed the property?
Answer: He was very professional and very polite. We got a number of other quotes and David was the only one who actually measured if the boiler would fit in the loft.

Answer: The two engineers were both lovely lads and were professional and polite.

Additional comments: We are extremely happy with everything you have done (exceptional extra service) e.g. I told Chris that one of the floorboards were creaking and he pleasantly asked where and promptly fixed it. The work is exceptionally neat in the old airing cupboard. Matt and Chris had to work around a dog and a baby and did so with no fuss and in a lovely manner. The icing on the cake was the cleaning lady. We are delighted that you turned on time every day and did what you said you would, when you said you would. We have already recommended you to other friends.
