1. REPLACEMENT HIGH EFFICIENCY COMBI BOILERS
FROM £1795 £1495* INSTALLED AND WORKING

WE WILL:
•
 Install 1 x 24kw high efficiency condensing combination boiler.
•
 Remove old boiler and make good the brickwork.
•
 Install radio frequency digital programmable room thermostat.
•
 Due to new building regulations the boiler will need registering with building control for part L of the building regulations this is included in the price.
•
 Test existing electrical circuit feeding the boiler and issue test certificate (please note if this circuit requires registering with building control under part P of the building regulations then this would be included in the price).
•
 Add inhibitor to the system.
•
 Register your installation with Corgi.

* The offer does not include thermostatic radiator valves, upgrading of gas supply, powerflush, the installation of an electrical fused spur these items maybe required to meet new building regulations. Prices excluding VAT.

All work is carried out to new building regulations (and notified to Corgi).
All work is carried out by Corgi registered installers.
